Question: When can I check-in or out?

Answer: Check-in from 3pm to 11pm. Please vacate the hotel room before 11am when checking out.

Question: Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out? 

Answer: You can always store your luggage in our luggage room.

Question: What is the cancellation policy if you book directly with the hotel? 

Answer: Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Reservations that are not guaranteed may expire after 6 pm

Question: Does the hotel have parking?

Answer: We work together with the Churchill car park (Q-park) just opposite the hotel. More information can be found on the contact page.

Question: Is there a night watchman in the hotel?

Answer: There is a night watchman present every day from 11 pm.

Question: Are animals allowed in the hotel?

Answer: Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Dogs are allowed in the bar and brasserie.

Question: Is there an elevator in the hotel?

Answer: The hotel has an elevator.
